What is your normal turn-around time?
We normally expect to turn around orders within 5 working days. During
exceptionally busy periods, such as Christmas time, this may increase to
10 working days.
What is the maximum photo size you can scan?
18 cm by 23 cm.
What is the minimum picture size you can scan?
10 cm by 10 cm.
Can you scan photographic negatives?
No.
Can you scan Black and White photographs?
Yes.
What resolution do you use to scan photos?
All photographs are scanned at 300 dpi (Dots Per Inch).
How do you return my photographs to me?
Using Registered Australian Post.
Do you return my photographs in the same sequence and
bundles that I send them to you?
We try to, but cannot guarantee to retain the same ordering sequence.
Are your staff police checked?
Yes.
